We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, staff illness, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a refund if applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic funds transfers.

For certain services, we may require a deposit or prepayment. The amount and payment terms will be communicated to you before the service is confirmed.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a warranty on parts and labor for a period of [X] months from the date of service, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website
